POLICE have issued an appeal for witnesses to the accident in Lower Tadmarton which a biker was seriously injured.
The 17-year-old's 125cc Yamaha motorcycle was involved in a collision with a red Vauxhall Combi van at 5pm on Friday.
He was taken to the Horton Hospital in Banbury, where he was treated for several fractures, and transferred to the John Radcliffe trauma unit …
